Welcome to misstoritoo's commission information!First off, my name is Tori/misstoritoo, and thank you for showing interest in commissioning me and supporting my artwork! Please make sure to read everything in this carrd carefully before deciding to commission me. BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME

  • I work on a first-come, first-serve basis. That means that the first on the to-do list of commissions get theirs worked on first. This is due to me having a job outside of working on art as well as balancing university work, which leaves only so much free time within the week. Please be patient with me, and please do not rush me at all.

  • I am able to work with deadlines, and I will make sure to maintain contact and communication with you if something comes up on my end that can affect the art being done before or on the deadline.

  • Commercial use commission rates can be discussed through email ([email protected]).

  • If you have an emergency where you need the money, please avoid commissioning me. Food, water, and other necessities are more important than getting a commission.

  • If you are unable to order a commission from me but you still want to support me, resharing posts that have my commission info is greatly appreciated!

  • Any rude, unwarranted, and disrespectful comments about myself and my art (both personal work and commission work) will lead to you getting blacklisted from ordering a commission from me. Please be kind, respectful, and constructive.

  • Artwork and commissions made by me are prohibited to be used with crypto/NFTs and AI.

  • Furry/Anthro/Feral characters (nothing against them, just not really good at drawing them)

  • Overly Muscular Males (ex. Bara, characters such as All Might and Puri Puri Prisoner, JoJo muscles, etc)

  • Pet Potraits

  • Old/Elderly Characters

  • Mecha Art

  • Any pairings involving a much older character with a very young/minor-aged character

  • Anything related to AI art and NFTs/crypto

  • Anything that is considered immoral

Commission Terms of Service (also available on VGen)Thank you for commissioning me! By commissioning me, you agree to follow the Terms of Service listed here.GENERAL
- I have the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable working on.
Please maintain respectful and courteous behavior during the commission process.
- Any client that is rude/disrespectful/abusive and unwilling to change/improve their behavior will have their commission voided regardless of what stage the commission is in.
-I will potentially take at least 1 day-off in between working on commissions to prevent burnout and injury as well as in case something in my personal life comes up.
- If something comes up to where it will take me longer to complete the commission within the time frame, I will immediately let the client know and make the delay public on my VGen profile.PAYMENTS
- I only take payments in full upfront.
- Commercial rights add a 20% fee as selected in the Request Form.REVISIONS
- There is no limit to small, minor edits during the sketch phase. I only allow 1 major edit during the sketch phase.
- Please be clear of what fixes and edits you would like made when requesting a revision.
- Any mistakes that are my fault (ex: not following the references, incorrect colors, obvious missing details, etc) will not be charged.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Please let me know in the Request Form if there is a hard deadline.
- If there is no set deadline in place, please do not rush me. Rushing me will result in low-quality artwork that is not satisfactory for both the artist and client. Any client that is constantly rushing me as well as displaying rude behavior doing so will have their commission voided.
- Rush order fees will be put in place for commissions that need to be completed within 1-10 days.
- Final product will be delivered through VGen Deliverables with 3 files: 2 pngs (1 watermarked and 1 non-watermarked) and 1 PSD file.USE
- Please let me know in the Request Form if this commission is for personal use or commercial use.
- If for personal use, the commissioned artwork is allowed for posting on social media, on character sheets and profiles for TTRPGs, phone/computer wallpapers, and as icons/profile pictures as long as I am given credit and the watermarked file is used.
- Regardless of personal or commercial use, my art shall not be used for anything related to NFTs, crypto, and AI.
- As the artist, I have full right to use the commissioned artwork to both promote myself on other places or websites as well as post/display the artwork anywhere that I want (an extra fee will have to be paid if the commission is private whether an NDA is involved or not).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- My artwork is not allowed to be used with anything related to NFTs/crypto and AI.
- Please only use the watermarked version of the file when sharing on social media, and please do not remove the watermark!
- When sharing on social media, I require that my work be credited back to me (I am misstoritoo on most social media platforms).REFUNDS
- Full refunds are only provided during the sketch stage. After that stage, there will be no refunds provided.
- If the client experiences an emergency where the money is required or the artist is unable to complete the commission for reasons that are immediately notified to the client, then a full refund will be allowed.
- As soon as the artwork is in the final stage and completed, there will be no refunds and all sales are final.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will be done through both VGen and the preferred method of contact provided in the Request Form.
- Clients can communicate with me directly at any time to inquire about the progress of the commission.
- WIPs will be provided during every stage of the process.
